• This project had a sever time scale and had to be completed in 3 weeks to facilitate families before Christmas
• This project involved the completely strip the downstairs of 25 houses which were flooded and put back to the original standard including stud work, plastering, electrical/ plumbing, new kitchens, tiling and decorating.
• With the time frame these works involved 24 hour construction for three weeks.
• These houses were only constructed three months when flooding occurred.
